Event Description:

The Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) takes place each year in Barcelona in November. SCEWC is an international show with 20,000 visitors, and cities from 140 countries and includes a high-level speaker’s conference and a trade show. Smart cities are cross-sectoral in nature; we will be prioritizing solutions related to Smart Mobility. One of the advantages of CETA is the access to procurement opportunities at municipal levels, where Smart Cities concept is now commonly referred to.  Spain in particular will launch projects under the category of Smart Cities in the next two years with an estimated value of €2 billion EUR. 
Other markets such as Austria, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Turkey will be represented in SCEWC.
